Good day. I know that you don`t like questions about Rithmic but I will ask you. Few times during a day I lose my connection for 10-15 seconds and after that it works okay. could you help me with that? Thanks a lot. But now I have another problem with rithmic historic data I just can not see it. The link you send me says that I must use service package 10. I activated it but still no historic data, should I buy denali to use historic data? I want to emphasize that I don`t want to use denali real time data.

There is generally a lack of historic data from Rithmic, and other data sources. The only solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your Real-Time data, which will also give you the historical data you want.
