Finding micro treasuries - just added by CME

Hi Sierra team, I'm trying to add the newly added micro treasuries (ie: 2yy,30yy etc) to my sierra chart - and can't seem to find them. I went to global setting and did an update, disconnected and reconnected, disabled custom global as recommended in other support answers. Any advice so I can add these to my sierra symbols? I use Amp, with Denali data, and CQG for execution. Thanks in advance. |

Dear SC - The CME 10y Yld Contracts are now averaging 10,000+ contracts a day. There should be no reason we cannot access these. Or since we all pay the CME Exchange Data Fees it should not be the conduit service that says we as customers can or cannot see quotes. I can understand 'vaguely' that a FCM may have minimum volume standards to allow for trading in an instrument, but if you pay exchange fees you should be able to see all the quotes. Please. |

This is now corrected for CQG. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After the Symbol Settings are updated, you need to do this for each symbol: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". That's not what I see. I have no data except for a few trades in 10y and 30y. And, from what I understand from the CME, these products represent the yields on the Notes/Bonds. So, on the chart you posted and what I show on my DOM the price is off by a factor of 1000.

Few things 1) not able to get data past 31Aug. see image. did rollover enabled and Delete & redownload.. but no success 2) symbol is available in internal sim but not in simulated server side futures simulation trading. did updated form server under global symbol setting of my server simulated futures instance of SC but nothing. |

1. The symbol you are showing in the chart is the Q (August) contract. You need to rollover and select the U (September) contract. 2. We will have to look at adding these for the Simulated Futures Trading Service.
