Hello, I've recently changed my status from professional to non-professional and had the agreements approved. However, it seems that my account is still tagged as professional. Could this possibly be changed to non-professional? Thanks. |

As far as we are concerned you don't need the burden, the extra cost, of the "CQG Desktop application and the mobile application", all you need on our side is login credentials for the CQG WebAPI, we sometimes see brokers charging $10 or $20 per month for this: Here is the documentation for the CQG WebAPI, essentially you just need the login credentials to be able to connect Sierra Chart to your Futures Trading Account, like many hundreds of others. https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/CQGTrading.php#Intro Thank you |

You are not setup with CQG to use Sierra Chart. You need to tell your broker to get you setup properly. User717569: Redo the agreements at the following link and fill them out as a Non-Professional. Keep in mind that in order to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account, so be sure you enter the information for the FCM (Futures Clearing Merchant, or your Broker) and your account number in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements Let us know when you have completed these so we can check them and change your status if they are filled out correctly.
