SC v2296, if I open Spreadsheet Window with a mouse click on the spreadsheet name, even if any cell is already selected with black frame, keyboard commands are not available, until I mouse click on that cell. Working with Spreadsheets: Keyboard Commands Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-08-15 15:55:28

I know that, because I described the way it works in the 1st post. That mouse click on the already selected cell is excessive, could be eliminated and makes spreadsheet usage inconvenient, don't you agree with that? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-08-19 17:08:29

Sierra Chart Engineering, could you fix that already, 2 months later? This aspect makes working with spreadsheets so irritating and insufficient, amazing that nodody reported this before me. |

This is not going to get changed any time soon. We have lots of other work to do before we can possibly get to what you are requesting. Please do not continue to ask for updates. That only slows things down further by making us read the new information and possibly respond (as we have just done). I think it will get fixed sooner, if it was treated as a bug. Which it is. The cell is already selected, spreadsheet is focused, why would keyboard commands not work? Pure bug. |

When this will be fixed already? Was reported 2,5 months ago. You somehow found the time to fix a bug in an "unusual scenario" here: SC v2320 builds charts incorrectly But this the most common use case, you just need to open spreadsheet and commands won't work, is on a long to do list. |
