I am not able to close/delete an open order on my Sim chart; not open on Dom, because nothing shows up on Trade>>Trade Activity Log >>/trade activity tab

My issue on my Sim account is still unresolved. Trade > Trade Activity Log, is still blank. I am unable to delete the open order in Sim from 8/9. Please advise. I sent a screen shot before but no reply.

There is no screenshot attached to this post, so we are confused as to what you are seeing. Please attach a screenshot so we can see what is occurring.
