You do not need to do anything further. Your account has $0.00 in the Services Balance and is not set to renew anyway. Therefore, when your current Usage Time expires on August 22, 2021, your account will automatically go into an "Expired" state. If you decide you want to come back to Sierra Chart, your account will be available, and you can login using the same Account Name and Password and then reactivate your account.
