I am not able to download data either historically nor intraday chart. Here is my message log using multiple attempts to change setting for troubleshooting from previous support messages. You are looking for the data for the year 2022. There just isn't any data transmitted for the Intraday data for that contract at this time since it is not traded much. There is some daily historical data available, so if you change to a Daily chart you will see how little trading is occurring.

Additionally, we see that you have the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds set to No. This really should be set to Yes for your circumstances just to ensure that you do not have any issues in the future.
