I am getting an error message when I log in with my laptop. I do not have this problem with desktop computer. The error says the username or the password is incorrect. I do not want to change the password, since the password is working on the desktop. Please help

We really have to change the password for you and you need to reenter it in both systems. Let us know when you want us to do that for you.
