Setting up my laptop, separate from Infinity login

I need help setting up my laptop. A few months ago, a tech from Sierra charts helped me setup mycharts on my home computer and separated the charts from my Infinity login. I need the same thing done with my laptop. I am headed to Europe and will be overseas. It would be helpful if I can get this done before I leave

We are not sure what exactly you are wanting to do. You get your real-time data from TransAct. If you change your connected Service, you will be able to get the Delayed Streaming Data for the CME Group, EUREX and CFE, but you will not have access to real-time data. If you can give us some additional information on what you are wanting to do, then we can point you in the right direction.
