Error regarding my registration

Hi

Unfortunately, I made a mistake with my registration and set up my account as "professional" instead of "non-professional" by mistake.

Could you kindly change this in your files or let me know the steps I need to take to correct this error.

You need to redo both Agreements for the CME Group here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements

When you are redoing the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement", you need to enter a "Clearing Firm". If that is left blank, then you can not be considered a non-professional.
