I can not open the chart

I was able to login using my old password.
But I waste a lot of time to do that and i could not play that day.

We did have a problem with this on Friday for Transact users but this was resolved at that time. So you should not have a problem logging into Sierra Chart as a Transact user.

Additionally:
We have reset your Sierra Chart charting and trading software password. It has been sent in a separate e-mail to your e-mail address.

If you did not receive it, let us know. Your e-mail provider may have filtered the message and placed it in a junk mail folder.
