Based on the fact that you already get data for the CME Group, we assume you are wanting to see the actual stock data that makes up those futures indices. As such, you would use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (which you already have active for the HKFE), so you would just need to activate the U.S. Equities exchange.
