We assume you have logged into the support board with an old name since you can't login with your current one. But, we do not see another account associated with the same email that the account you posted from has. So we can not look into the status of the other account, as we do not know what it is. The only thing we can suggest is to reset your password. We are aware that certain accounts that use TransAct are having issues logging into Sierra Chart. Can you please try logging in again, as we have made an update that we think will resolve this.
