Error when trying to create simulation trade account

Dear Sierra Chart team, When I try to commit a new trade account in the Simulated Trading Service I receive a server error: operation not allowed. I tried reconnecting and restarting the PC with no effect. My trading service is set on trading evaluator-delayed. See the attached image if needed. Thank you. |

The two items you need to have entered are the "Trade Account Name" (which you enter when you first select Manage >> New Trade Account , and the "Currency Code". Our guess that that you do not have the Currency Code set.

I am running into this same issue. I add a currency code then I commit the account, I get a "Server error: Operation not allowed" pop-up, after clicking OK the currency field is blanked out. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-08-05 21:54:41

I've always had the "Currency Code" set to USD when trying to commit, the same problem persists. I tried other currencies too.

For some reason, the commit button now works, but only for other account names I haven't used before.
