You have not gone through all of the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You need to go through all the steps as outlined at the following link for the CME Group data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you are wanting to setup data for the EUREX or CFE, then those instructions are on the same page as above.
