I have a message that comes up saying from 31 July 2021 I can no longer use my broker (Infinity)for data and have to use 'denali'if I am to use Sierra charts did I read this correct |

Provide us the exact text of the message. We are not aware of this. There is a message like this for EUREX data but that makes reference to July 1. this is the message that comes up when I log onto the charts 2021-06-03 IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective July 1, 2021, the new highest quality EUREX EOBI real-time and historical data which is part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed will be required to be used for all Sierra Chart users requiring real-time EUREX data in Sierra Chart. This is the very best EUREX data feed which is not offered anywhere else. The emphasis is 'Denali will be required to be used for all Sierra Charts' for real time EUREX data |

Yes, this is just about the EUREX data. If you are wanting the EUREX data in Sierra Chart, then you will need to get that data through our Denali Exchange Data Feed. My broker does not have any charting partners As such do you know of a broker that I can use without having to pay for data twice and still use Sierra |

We are not fully understanding your question. You should be able to tell your broker that you do not want the EUREX data from them since you are going to get it from us. Again, this is just about EUREX data. Are you trading the EUREX? Unfortunately, there is not an easy solution to this at the moment, as many brokers do not provide access to the EUREX, or are charging fees in order to allow for trading the EUREX. We are working on a direct EUREX order routing service, but this will still be several months before it is available. Keep in mind that you can trade directly from Sierra Chart with TransAct. As such, you would not need their Price Ladder for order placement. Just something to consider. You do not have to pay for EUREX data through Sierra Chart, now. We decided not to require that. Only require package 10, 11 or 12. This is all.
