HI! It is time for me to renew. I have a funded, live, verified, non-professional trading account. I want to have Advanced SC w/ Denali Date, CME non-pro top of book & non-pro market depth. Will the total monthly charge for that be $46? How do I re-activate the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" without being charged an additional $31.20 once I renew (which will charge my $46)? Thank you in advance! I love SC, but my acct payments have been messed up. I'd like to tget them straight once and for all and just renew each month. :) |

First of all, there are two fees involved here. One is the Sierra Chart Package Fee, which, if you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, also includes the Fee for the data feed itself. the other one is the exchange fee, which, if you are wanting the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for NonProfessional Accounts", then the cost for that is $31.20. Second, the date of renewal for these two items are at different times. The Package renews every 31 days (or 93 or 186, if you purchase the 3 or 6 months in advance). The exchange fees come due on the first day of each month. Therefore, there is not a way to get the payments in sync with one another, as they renew using different processes. --------------------------- On a separate note, we see that you have both the CME non-professional top-of-book and the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchanges active. You do not need both of these. If you want the Market Depth for the CME exchange, then you would want to deactivate the CME non-professional top-of-book.
