Hello, I hope you're well. I would like to find out some details about receiving live data for my Sierra Chart account. Firstly, what is the process of linking live data to my account? Do I need an account with any third party firm? Also what is the pricing like? The main exchanges I trade are CME and NYMEX. Thank you in advance for your assistance and I'm looking forward to your response.

To get Real-Time data for the CME Group (CME and NYMEX exchanges), you would need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. For further information on the data feed, including Setup Instructions, refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed The main thing to be aware of, is that the CME Group has a requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional exchange fees. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not already have an account that you can connect to for this purpose, then we recommend the following service: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
