Trading Evaluator - No Service Settings to choose from

I'm trying to connect to the Real-Time "Trading Evaluator [trading]" service but I don't have any option to choose from under "Service Settings". it's empty. Image attached.

There are no settings which are required for this service. The new enhanced Simulated Trading service is the only service, which can be connected to when selecting Trading Evaluator.
