Hi, this am the bid/ask is not being populated on the second SC i am running. it was fine yesterday and before. any idea what can cause this? i did not change anything in any settings...restarted SC and also downloaded the latest version but the problem remains. it was working fine forever!!! i have two instances open and always worked on both. did not change anything and now it is not working. it is the same ONE computer not separate. any idea why it was not an issue for years and today it is? thanks |

In that instance of Sierra Chart we need to know the symbol that is not receiving market depth data and then provide a copy of the Message Log following the below instructions. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. Reconnect the instance of Sierra Chart which is able to connect: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers We did develop a solution to this issue, but it seemed in at least in one users case to cause a different kind of issue. So it was disabled. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point.
