Rithmic Datafeed Connection Issues

Hello I have connected to the Rithmic Direct DTC (Trading) connection successfully. I currently have Service Package 10 but when I go to chart setting - Symbol-Find-NQU1.CME I get the Symbol is unknown Download failed message boxes pop up. Have I missed something out? Thanks |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". Ok we see that you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed active but you do not have any exchanges active. Activate the required exchanges you need from here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed After that: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
