Sorry, but that is not something we can do. We recommend finding a computer expert (maybe even Best Buy Geek Squad) to help you. Just point them to the instructions that we have supplied and they should be able to figure it out pretty easily.

Everything on your account looks good, so you should be getting real-time data. The only thing we want to point out is that you only have the CME Top of Book exchange active. That means that you are only going to get real-time data for symbols that trade on the CME exchange (not the full CME Group). So you should be getting real-time data for symbols such as ES, MES, 6A, etc. But if you are looking for Crude Oil (CL) for example, that data will be delayed since you are not subscribed to get the real-time data.
