This has actually already been set up for Interactive Brokers but we updated the symbol. This is the new symbol format: MCL-######-NYMEX-USD Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings To convert the old symbol in existing charts, to the correct format use this command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hi, i'm still having trouble with this one for whatever reason. I have followed the instructions for updating a few times. I also tried updating to latest stable 2292. It works fine if I just connect to the SC service, but not if I use IB. I get the following error: Download Failed Error downloading historical Intraday data for MCL-202109-NYMEX-USD. Historical Market Data Service error message: HMDS query returned no data: MCLU1@NYMEX Trades. Thanks |

Good morning. I am using the Denali datafeed with the Rithmic connection for one of my tryout accounts and am looking for access to MCL (Micro Crude). I updated to version > 2280, and followed the additional instructions as per the link below and still do not see the instrument: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges: The CME Group (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions) Could you please let me know when it is avaliable?
