Crosshair lines do not move with crosshair

What would cause the crosshair lines to stay where I click instead of moving with the crosshair? I have to left click to remove the crosshair lines and then click again on another bar to get the crosshair lines to move. It happened this morning and then started working correctly but now it is doing it again. I suspect it is a quirk from using Parallels. I can go to my Mac desktop and go directly back to Windows/Sierra Chart and the crosshair lines won't move with the crosshair. I can then select my browser within Windows and go back to Sierra Chart and the crosshair works normally. Thanks |

This is definitely going to be an Operating System issue. It sounds like it is not correctly redrawing the screen when you click to turn off the crosshairs. There is nothing we can do to help with this, especially since you are running on Parallels. It is not something that we can reproduce on a native Windows system, so we can not determine what change (if any) would be needed.
