I reached out to AMP and they said everything is fine on their side, so I am wondering why when I switch from SIM to my AMP account nothing happens. Can you help me with this please

What is the exact problem you are having? What occurs and when? i have an account with AMP they verified that everything is good on their end, it's funded and ready to go. when I switch from sim to that account and trade the micro ES for example nothing happens, no trade is placed, nada.
