I can connect to Rithmic DTC connection as a current Rithmic user on SC, but it will not do 2 things:
1. will not translate symbols for example NQU1-CME to Rithmic's standard NQU1.CME using the 'translate symbols to current service' option, and...
2. after setting the symbols manually, SC will not backfill charts with historical data through this connection. There is live data but even short term charts will not backfill and I get the error of a failed historical data download

Is there a fix? The Rithmic DTC connection differs from regular rithmic in that in the data connection settings window it is asking for 3 sets of login info, as opposed to the normal single set of login info. Am I doing something wrong?

1. The translation is now supported.

2. We do not have control over the Intraday data. We have resolved a problem with the Historical Daily data when using the Denali Exchange Data Feed which you are not. You need to be on the current version of Sierra Chart.

Regarding 2. above, the issue was not with intraday data

Re: Post #2 above, you do not mention that I WILL NOT get any historical data using Rithmic on the DTC connection (which is now mandatory?) unless I also subscribe to the Denali Feed, which now seems to be the case? Perhaps you can make this simpler for Rithmic users, how to subscribe to and set up both feeds, Rithmic for trading and Denali for the historical data? I am still lost on how to accomplish this. Thanks

There is limited historical data from Rithmic. Rithmic does say that will be resolved soon.

This is not exactly supported:

Rithmic for trading and Denali for the historical data?

You can use Rithmic for trading and you can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for complete data and this is explained here:
