Hello, my graphs will not load real-time or historical data past June 30th. I believe that my account info states that I am not set to renew until October so unsure what the problem is. Thanks, Dean |

The first issue is that you do not have an exchange activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. It looks like it did not automatically renew on July 1, 2021. You can reactivate the exchange by ensuring you have enough funds in your account then going to the Recurring Services page and scrolling to the bottom and selecting the button for "Reactive Exchange" next to the exchange you want to reactivate.
