Hello! I have paid , signed and activated Denali feed ,but when I connect my SC I still have the delayed data. Pls check it.

Get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. You are setup as a Non-Professional and we show that you have connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to validate that the account exists for the CME Group. So we are not sure why you are asking about these. To answer your questions though, AMP can set you up with either CQG or Rithmic, it is your choice. Whichever you choose, you will then follow the Setup Instructions for the particular choice. The first thing to keep in mind is that the issue of having a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for non-professional exchange fees is a CME Group thing. It is their rule. As such, when you are using our Denali Exchange Data Feed with the CME Group data and you want to pay the Non-Professional exchange fees, then you need to have the trading account and you need to connect to it with your Sierra Chart software at least once a month, as we verify your account electronically by having you make a connection to it. If you are always connected to your trading account, then it's not anything to think about. It's only if you are not staying connected where you have to ensure you think of making that connection once a month. And this is true regardless of the order routing service you are using - Rithmic, CQG, or the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. Therefore, there are not different stages of the Denali Exchange Data Feed, it is just a matter of what you want to pay (Professional or Non-Professional exchange fees). We need to know what order routing service you are setup to use. Once we have that information, then we can point you to the proper Setup Instructions for that service. Note that your Denali Exchange Data Feed setup is all good and everything is up-to-date in relation to that. I haven't set up any order routing yet. Just have amp account. I need to know which is available (CQG, TT, RITHMIC) How I would pay transaction fees and whom (AMP or SC directly)

I'm confused. Basically I have 2 funded AMP accounts : 113565 and 113565A.One account I use for real trading connected with Rithmic, another one I keep without any datafeed and seems it is related to my Denali. Could you please confirm which account is related to my Denali? ( to meet requirements having funded real account). So I think it would be better to have one account and datafeed for charting and execution with AMP. Could you please recommend me which set up is better or maybe I need to keep current until you release direct CME execution. Thank you!

Right now, all we want to do is to get your Sierra Chart connected to your trading service so you can place orders and verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. Since you are with AMP, you can use either CQG or Rithmic. They should have you setup with one of these. Please let us know which one you are setup to use with your AMP accounts and then we can give you the appropriate Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to that service.
