I need to know how to reduce the margin between the price axis (y axis) and the edge of the chart. NOT the "lock fill space"

You can not change that. The area for the right-hand side scale is set by the size of the values that need to be displayed there. In this case, the reason you have that extra space showing is because you have relatively small numbers for the main price graph (1's digit plus 2 decimal places), but the values in Region 2 are very large (10s of millions).
