Hello, during development of my study I need to recompile several times.

The compiler shows compiling error:

cannot open ..\..\..\..\..\..\SierraChart\Data\xxx.dll for writing

This is also the case if, I remove the system from the chart.

Is there a way to avoid closing sc before starting the compiler and reopening sc again after compilation is finished ?

If you are using the Remote Compiler, then the study is automatically unloaded prior to the build request and then reloaded after. We did find an issue with this in recent builds, but it has been fixed in the current release, so be sure to update to the current release if you are not already on it.
