Trading Dom data problem

Hi. I set up my Trading Dom but now I can not see some data. Like ASK/BID pulling/stacking. It looks like just Level I data. But all that happened after I got connected through IB Brokers. Can u help? I used to see it like is it on picture 1. Now I see it like it is on picture 2. Can you tell me where is the problem? Thanks

What is File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to?

And also on that same window under Common Settings what is the Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds set to?

It is on YES.But it is working now. I had to pay for CME market depth.
What do I have to activate to get market depth for US stocks? Thanks

Our US Equities exchange (to which you are subscribed) does not have the Level 2 market depth data. We are working on a new interface that will have this, but it is probably a month or so away.

In the meantime, the best we can offer is the IQ Feed which has the Market Depth available in a separate application. Refer to the information here:
