Chart not updating

Hello, I am trying to look up ticker symbol TTD but it is not updating. It recently had a split and now the price is stuck at $590. How can this be fixed? Thank you.

We are seeing real-time data for that symbol.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We are not seeing any issues in the log. Go to the chart for TTD and select Edit >> Delete all Data and Download. Let us know what happens after that.

It updated the chart but still has the same issue.

When we look at the data we see the split on 6/17 and the current price is around $73 - $74 right now. For instance, here is where we see the split:

Also, how are you selecting the data to display under Chart >> Chart Settings? Are you using a Date Range by any chance?

Thank you, I reset the platform and tried the previous steps. It seemed to work!
