Footprint shows no value + Question about AMP account for CME

Hi, Do you know why my Footprint charts is like this? It had been months since I last used sierra chart and it was working before. I tried with other people's Footprint templates but I have the same problem (I use Denali Exchange Data Feed) Other question, Is it possible to have the CME live data feed if the AMP Futures account is not in the same name as the Sierra chart? Kind regards |

First, the reason you are not getting any data in your Numbers Bars Calculated Values is because you are on Package 10. You need to be on the Advanced Package (5 or 11) in order to use the Numbers Bars Calculated Values. Second, you are not fully setup to get the Real-Time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You need to go through these Setup Instructions to get the data feed setup: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Okay now Footprint works, thanks! Okay but to activate CME Live, does the name of the AMP Futures account have to be in my name or not? And instead of depositing 100$ on AMP, is it possible that an evaluation account through a firm like UProfitTrader / Leeloo etc.. is valid for me to have access to CME live? |

You will still need an account with AMP to authorize the CME real-time data.
