I had a message to down load an update and followed the instructions but find I now have 3 versions on my desktop and the latest version has not got all my chart layouts on or my templates. I am not sure what went wrong and I still have the original with all my saved layout. Can you advise me what I need to do. Thanks

We are guessing that you did not use the Fast Update option from within the software but actually did a download direct from our website, in which case you installed to a different directory. It's not a problem, just follow these instructions: - Exit from any/all Sierra Chart software that is running. - Find your main Sierra Chart installation. - Start the Sierra Chart software from that installation. - Select Help >> Download Current Version. - Go through the update/installation process. - Delete any other Sierra Chart installations (not the one you just updated) by removing the top-level folder for the Sierra Chart installation.
