Hi, I'm trading for some days with live account (AMP Global with CQG Data), but when i check the "Trade Activity Log" appears "Symbol Unknown" See attached files The information shown in the Trade Activity Log does not match the trades made. I get an "Unknown" symbol with prices, points and currency different from the trades I have actually made. The latest versions of SC are giving me several bugs and I am not getting any help from you. I hope you solve my problems |

We do not have control over the order fill data from CQG, so your questions are not within the scope of our support. We recommend using the Sierra Chart order routing: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service This will solve the issue because there is a complete and accurate order fill history maintained on the server with that service which Sierra Chart accesses. This data is not available with CQG. I hope you solve my problems
This is up to you to resolve, by moving to the Sierra Chart order routing service. You will have to change brokers though.
