So i tried to work through setting up Denali for Sierra charts and now my data feed is off. Currently using CQG. Everything I've tried to go back to CQG has failed.
Please help. My platform comes up but I have no data feed

I get an error message of symbol is unknown in an orange box with another RED box saying download failed and something about historical data

Which data feed do you want to use, Denali or CQG?

Not sure if this went thru. I'd like to go back to CQG since i couldnt get Denali working.

Check with your broker and ensure that you are setup to receive the CQG data. Based on the error message you mention, it sounds like you are not setup for their data at this time.

We should also have asked previously, are you looking for data from the EUREX at all, or just the CME Group?

Thank you for your quick response John. I contacted my broker (AMP). They said they will process my request in the morning. All i wanted was to have CQG back for the CME only. If there's anything you can do on your end to get me re-activated let me know.

Sorry, we can't help with getting CQG data back. That is up to your broker.
