need help with market depth historical graph / heatmap - not showing all data

Stuggling to get the heatmap shpw for all times. I've attached the graph and the settings which I selected. I can see area of the chart which it shows the heatmap for a few hours, then i logged off my PC, and it stoppped showing the heatmap for a few hours. When I log back on, it starting building up the heatmap again. How can I change this to show a continous period without any breaks. Also, as per my setting with the coilors, am I right in saying the lighter yellow colows show stronger sell limits and the lighter blus show stronger buy limits per the colors pre-set. |

You are not using a Sierra Chart data feed, therefore you are not able to download missing depth data from us. Therefore, you must have not been connected to your data source during those times where data is not shown.

It looks like they are using the Delayed Exchange Data Feed, in which case there will be historical market depth data available. Confirm you are using the Sierra Chart Delayed Exchange Data Feed?
