Hello! Yesterday i've bought "Service Package 11 - Advanced + Denali Data Feed" for a 6 months period with the intention that i would get REAL TIME DATA on my charts! but i still get DELAYED data on my charts (I use only ES and CL)! And i have a few questions: 1st Do i need to pay extra for real time data and why? Because i read here "https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php" that the "The Denali Exchange Data Feed provides real-time and historical data for the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, and EUREX exchanges." 2nd What does actually the "Denali Exchange Data Feed" gives me? 3rd If i don't get REAL TIME DATA as stated above from DENALI EXCHANGE DATA FEED and i'm not happy with the service i purchased can i get it cancelled and refunded so i can buy "Sierra Chart with Advanced Features (Service Package 5)" ? 4th If i purchase "Sierra Chart with Advanced Features (Service Package 5)" will i still be able to look at historical charts, will i still be able to look at Depth of Market, Foot Print Charts etc. |

The reason you do not have Real-Time data is because you did not go through all of the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The only thing you did was to change your Package, which is just one part of the process. You will find the instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Fee for the CME Group here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you are also (or instead) looking for the EUREX data, then you will follow these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_EUREX Be sure to go through ALL of the steps in each section. 1. You will need to pay for the Real-Time data. The reason why is because the Exchanges want to get paid for the data, and we have to create an infrastructure and programs to be able to get you the Real-Time data. Therefore, there are costs to getting the real-time data. 2. The Denali Exchange Data Feed has data available from the CME Group, EUREX and CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE). Which data, in particular, that you get is determined by your selection of which exchange(s) you activate. You will understand this when you go through the instructions given above. 3. You can always change your Service Package at any time. Your end date is adjusted based on what you paid for up front and how much time is left. By moving from a more expensive package to a less expensive package, your end date will move out (more days available) and vice versa. 4. Package 5 (and all Sierra Chart packages) give you access to the Historical data along with Real-Time data for FOREX and CFDs. It also gives you access to Delayed Streaming data from the CME Group and EUREX. For more information on historical data, refer to the following: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service For more information on the Delayed Streaming Data, refer to the following: Delayed Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
