Repeated data issue in both accounts

Hi,

It appears I am having a data issue where price continues to move but my Sierra chart pauses printing candles. I have two accounts and it has occurred in both of them.

I took footage of both accounts where this is happening per below.

Can you please review and assist. Thanks
