Rollover chart data error

Hi team, I have performed ESM to ESU rollover. however, chart is unable to adjust backdate data by approx. 9 points. the following is message log for your reference. Kindly note that I have deleted and redownloaded chart data and performed all the steps on Continuous Futures Contract Charts I am using rollover based on date and back adjusted. For some reason you are missing the necessary daily files. On the chart for ES please select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Once that is completed you should have your problem resolved.

John I have performed this steps even before your suggestion and now as well. However, i am unable to resolve my issue. kindly suggest next step. thank you |
