Hi Is there a reason why the Flatten shortcut does not work when I add it to the ladder as part of a toolbar Please see picture attached. I tried all the Flatten options TFA TFO TCA They all do not seem to cancel or flatten my orders as part of the toolbar on the ladder |

Most likely you do not have the option for Trade >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled enabled. When you open a Trading DOM, it is not enabled by default, so you would have to ensure that you enable it. Without this, the control bar controls will not work. Hi Is there a single button that flattens and cancels all current or resting orders on every dom? Last night i must have somehow placed an order and left it overnight by accident and I just want a way to ensure I have no open positions before i close off for the night. Best Stuart |

There is an option for Flatten All Positions - All Accounts for both the Control Bars and Keyboard Shortcuts.
