Value in Chart Settings/Advanced Settings/Currency Value per Tick is displayed incorrectly

Hello Support Team, it seems, that the value in the Chart Settings/Advanced Settings/ Currency Value per Tick will not be updated if there is a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" in use. For example, if the Symbol is the E-mini S&P 500, there is a Currency Value per Tick of 12,5. If I then enter the E-micro S&P 500 as "Trade and Current Quote Symbol", the Currency Value per Tick will not be updated to 1,25. Because of this, the P/L Value is displayed incorrectly. But I hope and assume that in the case of a Trade, the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" will be used, even if the P/L is displayed incorrectly, right? Is this a bug in the software or is there a button in the settings, which I have not set? Thanks you for your support, Best regards |

It's not a bug. The Trade and Current Quote Symbol does not update the values of the primary symbol for the chart. Therefore, in order to see the correct Profit and Loss, you would need to update the Currency Value per Tick to be the value that you want (typically, it would be the Trade and Current Quote Symbol's Currency Value per Tick). Yes, you can change the Currency Value Per Tick on a per chart basis. Just be aware that if you change the symbol, the Currency Value per Tick will change to that new symbol's setting and you may need to change it again. If you are using a specific Currency Value per Tick that needs to be a set value that is not the default in the symbol settings, then you will want to update the Symbol Settings for those symbols so you will always get that updated Currency Value Per Tick.
