I have signed the agreement and filled in the name and address but unable to subscribe to data. Gives an error message. My data runs till the end of the month and my account has zero credit. |

As noted above, you are not getting the data for YM from us, therefore you would be getting it from CQG. Therefore, you need to ask your broker about whether you are not setup to get the data from CQG anymore. We know they told you that you needed to ask us about this, but they are wrong. Or, it could explain the situation, if they believe that you are not setup to get the CQG data, then they could be assuming that you are getting the data from us.
