Good morning , i am unable to recieve data feed from the eurex exchange (future Dax symbol getting a messages stating that real time symbol data are not allowed,my subscription expires on th 11 of june can you please help me to fix the issue. Data feed is CQG Regards Alessandro |

At this point, it is necessary for you to get the EUREX data through our Denali Exchange Data Feed. I'am already paying CQG data feed to AMP to avoid a double cost on data feed must i unsubscribe at CQG and swap to Denali? And how much is the monthly fee? Regards Alessandro |

I paid for SC package5 4 days ago and CQG/EUREX was working. Today you are forcefully facilitating change to your proprietary datafeed. AMP confirms that there are multiple reports on this issue. You must understand, that CQG is not a datafeed only, there are complimentary features like IOS, Android, web platforms, options on futures, access to Asian exchanges. For many users it is not convenient to move away from it. This way you'll keep loosing more customers of yours. I already paid for EUREX via CQG and I'm not willing to extend my costs. If you have the EUREX data from CQG, then you should not be getting the message that you are. Please verify with AMP that you are still setup to get the data for the EUREX.
