Hello, I've already tried twice to transfer money to you with Wise (transferwise). Both times did not work. What do I have to do to transfer EUR or USD from Europe to you via Wise? because it is too expensive via the normal bank |

You would either need to have a credit/debit card with Wise, or you would need to perform a wire transfer. We do not have a way to do ACH payments. If you have a credit/debit card, then you should be able to make a payment through either of our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). If you are having an issue with this, in particular, then please start an Account Support Ticket and let us know what is happening when you try to pay that way. If you want to make a Wire Transfer, we require the amount to be at least 300 USD or EUR. Again, start an Account Support Ticket asking for the wire transfer information. Hello, My wife has an AMP account, but Sierra's account is mine and I pay for the subscription and the data will be from my account! is it possible? Ultimately, I want to connect the AMP account to Sierra and is it possible? |

Since you just have the one Sierra Chart account, it is fine from our perspective. The issue is just going to be how want to access the accounts. If they are under separate logins at AMP, then our recommendation is to have two different installations of Sierra Chart, one for your account and one for your wife's. As long as they are both on the same computer then you should not have any issues or additional costs. Refer to the following for how to install another Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, I have one more question. Can I make the transfer with Transwer Wise if I have a debit card and from my account to my wife's account in Sierra? Because in AMP there must always be a smo account and this is where the request for a hint is. regards |

You can transfer from anywhere, to a Sierra Chart bank account. That is not a problem for us. Or if you are paying with a credit/debit card, you can use whatever card you want. Does not matter.
