Hello, yesterday I bought package 10 and I have funds in my AMP account so i dont undestand why are my graphs with delayed data. If i activate (Activate / Deactivate Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchanges) the data from here I have to pay again. I thought the denali data include [CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX/ EUREX] markets. Or should I select the correcto current service in sierra chart? In that moment I selected SC Data - all service or should I select SC/TT Futures order routing? if i select the second one my conection lost. please let me know the instruccions to start trading. |

I have used my CQG user from AMP in my Sierra's platform. Now, i can see my balance in sierra but i still having problem with future data. Should i activate Denali Data Feed Exchanges? Do i have to pay again to recived Full CME data (31 usb)?

The problem is you did not activate any exchanges. What exchanges do you need real-time market data for and do you require market depth data?

The Denali Data Feed is the actual feed, which is separate from the Exchange Fees. You will need to activate the relevant CME Exchange Option/Fee here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For "CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX" with Market Depth, you will need the following: "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" For "ES/NQ and micro" with Market Depth, you will need the following: "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" Let us know which one you would like us to enable for your account? Thanks! I was wrong. Just one thing, what is the difference between Denali Data Feed and Exchange fees? I thought if I paid for a Denali package I wouldn't need any other extra cost.

The Data Feed is the service that provides you the Data, and the Exchange Fees are fees that Exchanges charge users to access the data.
