charts no longer updaating windows error 10060

Since Monday our charts are no longer updating. I've researched documents you have indicating to turn on using port 80 and I can see it getting the historical data and then after it finishes that I get a connection error windows error code 10060. I'm attaching a screenshot of the log and the traceroute to the server.
