Keyboard shortcut configuration: Scale and extending rectangle

Hi there, Two questions regarding keyboard shortcuts configuration: 1) I have been trying to set a keyboard shortcut that just opens the scale settings window(I have been using Right click + Scale Settings). However, I could not find an option to do that on the Customize Keyboard Shortcuts menu. Is there an option for that? 2) Similarly, I want to set a keyboard shortcut for opening an extending rectangle chart drawing properties window(I have been using Right click + Chart Drawing Properties) and could not find it either. 1) There is not an option for a keyboard shortcut for the Scales window. 2) There is also not a way to open the Drawing Properties for a drawing. The tough thing about this, is how to select the drawing for the Properties window.
