I need live data for the spy and the dow. I have a trading account with TD Ameritrade. I just use Sierra for data. |

What do you mean by the 'dow'? Are you asking about the individual stocks that make up the DOW? Or are you looking for the DOW Index Futures? Or are you looking for DOW Indices? The SPY ETF is available with the U.S. Equities exchange that is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. I have the spy and dow indices activated however when I open up the cart they are not showing live data

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
