I need to change how i receive live data i would just like to sign up to receive live data without a trading account along with package 5 but im having trouble figuring out how to do that.

Since you are wanting data from the CME Group, then you need to be aware of their requirement that in order to get their data at the non-professional rate, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. If you do not have an account, then you would have to pay for the data at the Professional rates, which are much higher.
